Role Profile

We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable and committed individual who is willing to work and wants to build a career in the Agricultural industry. This role will report to the Branch Manager and will assist in all duties required to safely and effectively carry out the daily branch operations. Based in our Ballinamult Branch in Co Waterford this role will report to the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Deliver a friendly, efficient and professional service to customers at all times.
• Build positive relationships with customers and support them with product and service enquiries.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to help meet customer needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Branch Operations

• Help maintain a clean, safe and well-presented store and yard environment.
• Assist with stock handling, merchandising and general branch activities.
• Support operations across different areas of the branch, including the shop and yard, as required.
• Follow all health, safety and operational procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and use initiative when required.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a busy environment.

Additional Skills and Experience We Would Value

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, agriculture or a related environment.
• An agricultural or farming background.
• A forklift licence.
