Role Profile

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Assistant in our Taghmon Branch, Co. Wexford. This role is primarily based within the retail store environment and involves supporting customers, merchandising products, processing sales and maintaining high presentation standards throughout the branch. While the successful candidate will work mainly within the retail area, all employees may be required to provide support across other branch operations, including the yard, when business needs require.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Retail Operations

• Serve customers at the sales counter and checkout, processing sales transactions accurately.
• Provide product advice and recommendations across our agri, hardware and lifestyle ranges.
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Merchandise products and maintain attractive product displays and high housekeeping standards within the store.
• Process deliveries and stock receipts, replenish shelves and monitor stock levels including regular stock takes.
• Support operations across different areas of the branch, including the shop and yard, as required.

Additional Skills and Experience We Would Value

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, agriculture or a related environment.
• An agricultural or farming background.
• A forklift licence.
