Brand Comms Lead

Want to work for Europe’s #1 airline? Ryanair are looking for a Brand Comms Lead to take our branded customer communications to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Manage Ryanair’s branded communications to our customer base across Europe.

  • Drive consistency in our Tone of Voice & get comfortable writing high impact, disruptive & humorous copy – from radio sponsorship stings to campaign communications.
  • Manage campaign design & delivery – from comms planning & creative briefing to creative review & implementation.
  • Deliver an always on programme of branded communications across our owned channels (web, app & emails) to help keep Ryanair front of mind with our customer base.
  • Help build awareness & consideration of our ancillary products & services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support how the business communicates with passengers, including launching new product features & communicating key policies.
  • Lead our joint advertising programme with key Tourist Boards, building on going partnership relationships & delivering high quality co-branded campaigns.
  • Work closely with our internal creative studio to deliver best in class content & campaigns, in a timely manner.
  • Manage any ATL campaigns & media spend – working closely with our media agency.
  • Work with our data & insight teams to better understand our customer and the specific opportunities & challenges we face in each of our markets.
  • Manage a team of talented execs.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English.
  • 5+ years’ experience - either in brand marketing or within an agency environment.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable working with a diverse range of internal stakeholders & in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable line management experience.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Highly collaborative and an excellent team player, able to work at pace.
  • Analytical mindset with an instinct for identifying trends.
