The Role
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Account Executive to join our growing Brand and Content Team. This is a varied and hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social media, content creation and brand storytelling.
You will work across multiple channels including social-first content, advertising campaigns, influencer activity, PR, experiential and BTL brand activations. This role suits someone who is culturally tuned in, social media savvy, naturally creative, highly organised and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Social Media
- Manage and maintain social media channels for clients
- Develop content calendars, draft copy, source imagery and schedule posts
- Identify and create trend-led content opportunities across TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Report on social performance, extract insights and propose improvements
- (Preferred) Capture, edit and produce mobile-first content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, InShot or similar
Brand Campaign Support
- Support planning, development and execution of integrated brand campaigns across social, PR, experiential, ATL and BTL activity
- Assist with campaign activations, shoots, event days etc
- Research and compile insights to support creative ideation, pitch development and campaign strategy
Influencer and Talent Management
- Support influencer sourcing, outreach, contracting and content coordination
- Assist in delivering influencer campaigns from start to finish
Client and Team Collaboration
- Work closely with direct Brand & Content team colleagues and cross divisionally to deliver high-quality work
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
- Bring fresh thinking and ideas to brainstorms and planning sessions
Administration and Organisation
- A range of tasks to support the division including
- Compiling campaign reports, competitor tracking and industry research
- Manage and track client stock for product drops
- Document management
- Campaign timeline management & budget tracking
- Hours tracking
Who We Are Looking For
- A proactive and motivated self-starter who enjoys variety and fast-paced work
- A natural energetic storyteller with strong attention to detail
- Ideally confident capturing and creating mobile content, especially video
- Passionate about social media, culture, trends and AI or digital innovation
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working collaboratively or independently
- Agency experience is an advantage but not essential if you can demonstrate strong creative and social capability
