Breakfast Chef - 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide

Under the management of FBD Hotels & Resorts, the 4-star Grand Hotel Malahide is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 3-star or 4-star hotel environment. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong culinary skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to deliver high-quality breakfast service in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.

Please note: This position requires early morning starts (6:00am), therefore flexibility and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and present a high standard of breakfast dishes
• Ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as required
• Ensure all HACCP and food safety procedures are strictly followed
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Requirements for the role:

2 years' experience in a similar position in a 3* or 4* Hotel

Ability to be in Malahide for early start

Excellent communication skills
