Breakfast Manager

About the Role

Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Breakfast Manager for a luxury hotel in Cavan. This is an excellent daytime role for a polished and organised hospitality professional who enjoys leading early service, maintaining high standards and delivering an excellent guest experience.

The successful candidate will oversee breakfast service across a 5 over 7 day roster, ensuring smooth daily operations, strong team performance and consistently high service standards.

Your Responsibilities

As Breakfast Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily breakfast service and morning operations

• Leading, training and motivating the breakfast team

• Ensuring excellent guest service, presentation and service flow

• Managing table plans, guest queries and service recovery

• Working closely with kitchen, front office and senior hotel management

• Supporting rosters, stock control, ordering and daily preparation

• Maintaining luxury hotel standards across all breakfast areas

• Ensuring health, safety, HACCP and hotel procedures are followed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or F&B Supervisor

• Experience within a luxury hotel, 4-star or 5-star hotel environment is desirable

• Strong leadership, communication and organisation skills

• Excellent guest service and attention to detail

• Ability to manage a busy breakfast service calmly and professionally

• Hands-on, reliable and standards-driven approach

• Flexibility to work 5 over 7 days, including weekends as required

Salary & Benefits

• Salary of €35,000
