Breast Health Unit Manager

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this post is the management of the Breast Health Unit through the review, development and implementation of effective processes and a system for managing quality and working with the Multi-Disciplinary Team top achieve these goals. The post holder must co-ordinate with the Multi-Disciplinary teams in ensuring that the unit is managed effectively and meets national KPI’s and targets

Ensure that the unit meets the clinical needs of the patients and is consistent with the mission, vision, values and strategic plan of the service.
