Breast Surgery, Registrar/GP Physician

Contract info: Commencing 14th July 2025. 12 month contract. 2 positions available 1 full time and 1 part-time (50% WTE).

The Mater Hospital Breast Unit is one of the largest breast services in Ireland, comprising BreastHealth, the symptomatic breast service and BreastCheck, Eccles Unit, the screening breast service. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to participate in high volume breast clinics. The unit has a strong teaching and research ethos and candidates would be expected to participate in the teaching programme and breast research.

For one of the positions, previous experience in an Irish Breast Cancer Centre would be desirable. There will be no on call commitment with this position

For the other role, a minimum of MRCGP or equivalent is a neccessary requirement
