Broker Support Advisor

Prestige Underwriting Services Ireland are looking for a Broker Support Advisor. 

In this role you'll support the Motor Underwriting Team by supporting them to liaise between Underwriting, Accounts, Audit and Claims departments, and our Broker panel by phone and email. 

Day to day:

• Review referrals from Broker panel to confirm if risks acceptable.
• Dealing with Broker panel queries in an efficient & professional manner
• at all times.
• Working alongside our Accounts department ensuring Broker accounts
• are kept up to date within agrred guidelines.
• Assist Audit Team on Broker audits of accepted risks as required.
• Ensuring all underwriting is conducted within Authority limits.
• Responding to complaints in a timely & efficient manner.
• Ensuring that trading standards are being met.
