Building Control Surveyor

To promote and apply the Building Regulations and allied legislation. To provide a point of contact where clients can obtain an authoritative, independent, accurate service across the wide range of technical matters on which modern construction is founded.

Please note:
  • x2 Full Time – 36 hours per week, Mon to Fri.
  • Scale PO1, SCP 29 – 32 (£39,862 -£42,839)
  • Based at the Environmental Resource Centre, Balloo, Bangor (will be required to work throughout the borough)
  • A valid driving licence with access to a form of transport that will allow fulfilment of the duties of the post or have access to a suitable form of transport which will enable the post holder to meet the requirements of the post*
  • A reserve list may be maintained for one year from which other similar casual posts may be filled.
