Choice is seeking a temporary Building Surveying Assistant to support the Planned Maintenance team in the delivery of planned maintenance programmes, capital projects, inspections, and stock condition surveys. The post holder will provide administrative and technical assistance to surveyors and M&E Project Manager to help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with organisational standards.
