Choice is seeking a Building Surveyor (Maternity Cover) to assist the Head of Planned Maintenance in providing a range of in-house Building Surveying Services. As a Building Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional asset management services, managing innovative projects, and making a real difference for our tenants. You will build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, helping to promote trust and meaningful engagement. Contributing to the development of policies and best practices that drive continuous service improvement and supporting our organisational growth.

Essential criteria:
  • Have a degree qualification in Building Surveying (or similar building discipline) AND a minimum of 2 years’ experience (inclusive of placement year) of construction project management and delivery throughout the project lifecycle (new and refurbishment work).​​​​​​
​​​​​​​ AND
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety in the Construction industry, including CDM NI 2016 Regulations
  • Knowledge and application of contracts management to include the NEC suite of contracts (Professional Services and Construction) , Measured Term Contracts and Framework Agreements.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence with access to private transport
