A permanent vacancy currently exists within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-
Building Works Supervisor
37 hours per week
Scale P01 and in the range SCP 29-32 (Currently £38,626 - £41,511)
Location – Carrickfergus
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Assist with the day to day planning, management, supervision and co-ordination of Facilities Maintenance and Minor Works.
Provide a creative and innovative approach to the operational management and development of the following key functional areas:
Effectively manage the performance of staff by setting objectives, which will achieve the necessary results and support the continuous improvement of the service.
PLEASE NOTE: Only application forms containing all the information, which has been sought, will be considered. The shortlisting panel will base shortlisting decisions on the information contained within the Essential Criteria narrative sections of the application form. It is the applicant’s responsibility to provide sufficient relevant information including dates in this section of the form for each criteria.
