The Business Analyst will have a key role working with clients and the technical and business teams in Covernet.
  • Leading client requirements gathering for projects
  • Carrying out detailed analysis and asking relevant questions
  • Producing requirements specifications for projects
  • Leading project calls, driving the overall organization and delivery of projects as part of a project team
  • Creating accurate project estimates
  • Carrying out post-project review, actual vs projected cost analysis, and lessons-learned exercises to ensure a process of continual improvement
  • Building and developing client relationships
  • General office duties
  • Understand and adhere to all information security best practices as referenced in ISO-27001
You’ll be educated to at least higher level in a Business, Management, Computer Science or related discipline and have a 2:1 or equivalent
You’ll have at least 2 years commercial experience working as a Business Analyst, or in a role where you have been heavily involved in the analysis and delivery of software in a commercial environment.
Experience of producing documentation using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also essential.

  • Any professional qualifications in Insurance or Project Management
  • Experience working in the Insurance Industry
  • Experience working within a supplier organization servicing enterprise scale clients.
