About The Role

We currently have an opportunity for a PLM Business Analyst to join the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Optiva team in Naas. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to work in a progressive and developing company with great people and to apply their knowledge and expertise in a dynamic project environment.

As we progress on our digital transformation journey, the variety of the work will continually change, and will suit a dynamic individual who wants to implement innovative solutions to new challenges.

Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas each week.

What will I be doing?

The successful candidate will support the team of Business Analysts working on 3 main areas:

  • Business Excellence projects from our ICT pipeline to simplify and maximize business benefits to our users working in the RDA and Regulatory functions. These projects come from across the globe as the solution is a global template.
  • Optiva Global Template deployments on-going to various sites globally (Kerryconnect Supplementary Releases).
    • The Global Template version of Optiva is highly integrated into our Kerryconnect SAP solution to ensure that as we develop new products and solutions for our customers, we can manage the handover to manufacturing process efficiently.
    • The main activities consist of helping to identify and close any gaps between the requirements from the business and the template. The candidate will also support the users in testing any enhancements required, and to ensure that all the data required by the template is successfully migrated from their old system.
  • Support clarification and analysis on some of the business defects and change requests logged on the support portal used at Kerry.

What do I need to be successful?

These include:

  • Experience of working with a PLM solution
  • Experience in the preparation of process design documents and delivery of workshops
  • Experience in the preparation of functional design documents and test scripts
  • Knowledge of the food & beverage industry
  • An understanding of the process behind developing new products in the industry
  • Strong team and project management skills
  • A team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills both in a project environment and with business stakeholders
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Excellent data analysis and manipulation skills
  • Well organised with a proven track record in meeting challenging deadlines
  • Willingness to travel to mainland Europe, US, LATAM and Asia to support this global system.
