Main Purpose of Job
- The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating/undertaking the appraisal and monitoring of business cases/project proposals relating to capital and other expenditure across all departments within the Council, to ensure that public money is expended in a manner which represents value for money and satisfies public accountability requirements.
- The post holder will also play an important role in assisting the Capital Programme Commissioning and Closure Manager in the successful Commissioning and Closure of Capital Projects.
- To contribute to the effective performance of the Regeneration and Planning Directorate to ensure it achieves its objectives and those of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council.
