Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mountrath for a Business Development/Go-To-Market (GTM) Executive. We’re looking for a driven individual a strong track record in cold outreach and developing a new business pipeline for us/our clients. The Business Development/GTM Executive will oversee and execute lead generation campaigns and develop go-to-market strategies. The role also involves engaging with key stakeholders to drive business opportunities. If you are a hunter this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to businesses across Ireland, UK, EMEA, US & Canada
- Conduct cold calls as the primary outreach method, followed by email and follow-ups
- Identify qualified leads and book calls with decision-makers for us/our clients
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and call outcomes to ensure a clean pipeline
- Work closely with leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
- Confident cold caller who enjoys direct outreach and building relationships
- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive with strong follow-through
- Resilience, and a hunger to learn, improve, and help in the growth of the business
- Proficiency in B2B lead generation techniques, and customer prospecting tools such as Sales Nav, Apollo.io and Instantly.ai
- Strong marketing skills including campaign management, content creation, and the ability to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Experience in office administration tasks such as calendar management, reporting, client follow-ups, and operational support.
- Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement workflow optimisation using AI-powered systems and data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Meta/Google Ads is advantageous.
