Business Development Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with previous experience working in a Process Optimisation related function to join our Business Development Department. As a Business Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with and supporting every area of the company. The Business Development Project Manager reports to the Business Development Senior Project Manager.

What you'll do

  • Support the business in reviewing their processes and ultimately making them more efficient
  • Support the business understanding and implementation of their processes (ARIS)
  • Problem solve issues by getting to the root cause through an inquisitive approach
  • Use Lean methodology to optimise our processes the right way the first time
  • Automation of processes through Excel VBA and other available tools
  • Manage a wide variety of projects across all Business Development areas
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned

What you'll need

  • Experience working in a process driven environment with a proven track record of process optimisation
  • Strong MS Office knowledge, especially in Power Automate and Excel Macro (automation) and/or coding knowledge is desirable
  • An analytical and logical thinker with strong business acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Embracing a culture of continuous learning with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Full driver’s license desirable

  • €49,500 rising to €63,000 after 3 years
  • 20 days holidays per annum rising to 25 days after two years
