Business Development Project Manager

The aim of the Business Development department is to optimise the efficient interaction of people, processes and technology & build a pipeline of external Strategic Partners that support the Lidl brand and drive profit.
Business Development is looking for a an innovative, tech-savvy and highly motivated Business Development Project Manager to join our team on a fixed term contract for 6 months. As a key member of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for the delivery of exciting, high impact projects from concept to deployment. The Business Development Project Manager reports to the Business Process Manager.
What you'll do
- Support the business understanding and implementation of their processes (ARIS)
- Act as an ambassador for the internal process system, promoting best practices
- Provide consultations and system support to the business
- Deliver key training sessions and handle ad-hoc internal tasks
- Execute and follow up on IT tickets, ensuring timely resolution
- Problem-solve issues by getting to the root cause through an inquisitive approach
- Manage a wide variety of projects across all Business Development areas
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned
What you'll need
- Experience working in a process driven environment with a proven track record of process optimisation.
- Strong MS Office & Google knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- An analytical and logical thinker with strong business acumen
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Embracing a culture of continuous learning with a positive, can-do attitude
- Problem-solving skills for handling complex system errors
- Excellent presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Full driving licence desirable
