Join us as a Business Operations Executive

This is a customer support role focused on delivering a consistent high level of service to business customers on a day to day basis. Ensure positive customer outcomes through sufficient product knowledge and end to end ownership of issues & queries.What else it involves

  • Communicate and work within a team to make sure all customer queries both by phone, email or fax are responded to and dealt with within all required SLA time frames.
  • Main point of contact between customer base and Business Account Managers and all sales channels daily.
  • Take ownership of current customer base and work queues to complete all activity.
  • Provide excellent level of customer care and product knowledge to support the customer base.
  • Process all customer orders on internal system and queries with due care to ensure all fields are always accurate.
  • Develop and maintain all internal and external business relationships to enable a high level of customer service at all times.
  • To ensure that any customer reports requested by the customer or the Account Manager are completed correctly and in full by the agreed SLA.
  • Some offsite customer visits with AM to help support the customer relationship
  • Attend all training provided while also taking responsibility to develop relevant knowledge and skills required for the role.
  • Use initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to customer queries out of the ordinary.

The skills we're looking for

  • Be able to identify best methods and procedures to follow to complete assignments.
  • Experience in a similar customer service role in the Telecoms industry.
  • Strong Telecoms product knowledge with an appetite to embrace & learn about new products coming to market.
  • Shares knowledge, and best practice. Works to achieve excellent collaboration amongst own team and other areas within the business.
  • Have the ability to problem solve situations not covered by standard processes, procedures and methods.
  • Effectively multi-task and handle a number of priorities.
  • Proven team player in working with one`s peers to ensure delivery of optimal service & customer experience.
  • Ability to work from own initiative with high degree of initiative and drive.
  • Quick thinking and able to make choices for quick corrective action, ensuring problems are overcome.
  • Excellent communication, written, presentation skills & e mail management
