Business Partner

As a Business Partner, you will deliver professional HR guidance to colleagues, line managers and stakeholders, ensuring fairness and consistency in application for all HR policies and procedures. You will collaborate with HR leadership to design and implement innovative recruitment approaches, enhance employee engagement and support business objectives, ensuring the HR service provided adds meaningful value to the College.

This is an exciting role which will provide the opportunity to deliver specialist projects identified as priority areas of work within the College.
