Join us as a Business Product Analytics Specialist
This role sits within the B2B Propositions Chapter and acts as a propositions insight manager with a deep, data-driven mind for building and manging successful propositions. You will help design, develop and optimise new and existing propositions across mobile & broadband portfolios, grounding every decision in clear commercial targets, customer needs and data-driven insight. Within agile squads, you’ll partner closely with Propositions colleagues, Sales, Finance, CRM, Regulatory and BI teams to shape the proposition roadmap for B2B customers.
What else it involves:
- Own the Power BI suite for Business Mobile & Broadband propositions — reports, datasets, models and dataflows — ensuring accuracy, refresh health and change control.
- Build new dashboards/measures/trackers for campaigns, product launches and proposition offers; define success metrics and tagging up-front.
- Monitor performance daily/weekly across adds, churn, revenue/ARPU, margin and usage; surface trends, risks and opportunities with clear recommendations.
- Present insights to the squad/chapter and senior stakeholders; create concise weekly/monthly packs and rapid ad hoc deep dives.
- Partner with BI/CRM/Data teams to source and model data, improve quality, and prioritise a backlog of analytics needs for the squad.
- Lead post-launch evaluation & experiment tracking (A/Bs, trials), delivering recommendations to optimise uptake, margin and customer outcomes.
- Enable self-serve analytics via documentation, data dictionaries, certified datasets and light training for squad members and sales stakeholders.
- Uphold data governance & performance (accuracy, compliance, refresh SLAs, query efficiency) and drive continuous automation and improvement.
