Join us as a Business Revenue Finance Analyst

This is a high-visibility role at the heart of the Business function. You will support the senior business leadership team to shape revenue strategy across SMB, Enterprise, IoT and Connected Solutions.
As a Business Revenue Analyst, you won’t just report numbers — you’ll translate complex revenue data into strategic insights that influence decision-making at the highest level. You’ll play a key role in driving margin growth, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting new product innovation in one of the most dynamic areas of the business.

What else it involves:

  • Strategic Revenue Ownership
  • Take full ownership of financial reporting across the Business product portfolio (Mobile, FWA, MBB, IoT & Connected Solutions).
  • Present monthly performance updates and insights directly to the Business Leadership Team.
  • Lead monthly performance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver insightful management packs that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Planning & Forecasting Leadership
  • Lead the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting process for revenue and margin.
  • Partner with business heads to challenge assumptions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide clear explanations of financial performance and the impact of strategic decisions.
  • Technical & Commercial Expertise
  • Act as the subject matter expert for GL mappings and revenue recognition, particularly for new product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with IAS and accounting standards for existing and new propositions.
  • Identify and resolve revenue leakage risks.
  • Own balance sheet reconciliations related to revenue streams.
  • Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Finance, Product, and Commercial teams.
  • Drive improvements in revenue reporting processes and data integrity.
  • Provide deep-dive variance analysis against budget and forecast.
  • Communicate insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

The Skills were looking for:

  • CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified with 2 years + PQE
  • Strong experience in financial and management accounting
  • Proven budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Strong revenue/margin reporting background
  • Experience working with Oracle Financial Systems
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Telecoms industry experience desirable
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
