Choice Services, the in-house service delivery organisation within Choice Housing, is looking to appoint a Business Services Manager. This role will be pivotal in driving the organisation’s performance through strategic planning, operational efficiency, and workforce optimisation. This position combines commercial acumen with process and system improvement expertise to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

This position combines commercial acumen with process and system improvement expertise to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Essential Criteria:-
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in the property, maintenance, facilities management or services sector.
- Must hold membership of a professional body eg RICS, IWFM, CIOB, CIBSE, CIM or similar.
- A technical knowledge of running building maintenance \ facilities management operations.
- Experience of Data Base Systems for workforce management set-up, management and development.
- Experience in monitoring costs against budget.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a role that involves Fleet \ Plant Management.
- Experienced in the management and development of staff.
- 25 Annual leave days, plus 12 statutory holidays, and 3 additional days’ annual leave after 5 years’ service,
