Business Skills Manager

The College is seeking applications for Business Skills Manager based in our Business Support Centre in the Strand Road campus.
The postholder will work with local companies to assess their skills needs and identify training programmes available from the College. They will act as a point of contact for companies wanting to access information on the different training solutions available from the College to help their business and maximise opportunities.
The postholder will be responsible for the development and co-ordination of new business coming into the college and will be required to maximise income generation to cover all costs associated with the provision of service.

RESERVE LIST
There is a possibility that a reserve list will be retained if more applicants are deemed suitable than posts exist. In the event the successful candidate fails to take up the post or if the post is vacated within 12 months of the appointment date, or if another vacancy arises within 12 months the post may be offered to the next person on the reserve list.

- 26 days annual leave per annum
