Job Description & Summary

BOS (Business Operations Solutions) Platform Management (BPM) is designed to operate existing and new cloud business operations applications at best practice, drive continuous development and use of these applications in close co-operation with the business and in alignment with global processes. This is to ensure operational efficiency across the Client Engagement Value Cycle (CEVC). 

The BOS Platform Management team requires an experienced business and technology analyst to support the management and ongoing monitoring of the platform to ensure it meets the evolving and growing needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the BPM management team across the programme 

  • Undertake project support role across the BPM related projects assigned in planning and executing projects, tracking issues etc 

  • Coordinate all release management aspects across the BOS ecosystem, reviewing release notes, co-ordinating and supporting BOS product and process owners through the release cycle. 

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather feedback, understand challenges and bring innovative ideas to solutioning discussions 

  • Prepare reports, presentations and analysis to support decision making processes 

  • Assist in co-ordinating efforts across the CEVC to enhance operational efficiency, drive continuous improvement and business benefits realisation. 

  • Contribute to the adoption of further components of BOS, as well as the optimisation of existing elements 

  • Work with product owners to manage interdependencies between the BOS products 

Experience and skills Required

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management or product management role ideally in professional services.

  • Technology enthusiast with an ability to learn new concepts across business processes, data and technology 

  • Skilled at recognising and managing the interconnections across various functions, projects and processes 

  • Ability to interpret the business (LoS) needs and understand how that aligns with overall BOS Platform Management and firm strategic goals 

  • Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively articulate ideas and project updates to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing. 

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a fast paced agile environment 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
