Business Support Officer
REF: BSO/10/25
Grade: Executive Officer 2 (EO2), Permanent
Salary will be in the range £30,458 - £31,097 per annum

Purpose of the role:
By the closing date for applications, candidates must demonstrate that they fulfil each of the following essential criteria:
1. A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent (including English and Maths)
2. At least two year’s experience of working in an administrative role, providing support directly to senior management.
3. Experience of facilitating meetings to include preparation and circulation of papers.
4. Experience of minute taking and following up on action points.
5. Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, with experience in managing diaries and scheduling meetings through Outlook.
Desirable Criteria
In addition, applicants should be aware that after an eligibility sift, should it be necessary to shortlist candidates to go forward to interview, this will be done by applying the following additional criteria:
1. Experience of drafting and reviewing communications & reports to a high standard on behalf of others.
2. Experience of using and maintaining online information management systems, in line with GDPR and data protection requirements.
