About the Role:
The Offshoring Centre of Excellence (COE) sits within Customer Services and plays a key role in the Operations and Business Services (OBS) Simplified and Sustainable Servicing (SASS) strategic delivery programme. The team is responsible for co-ordinating the identification and safe transition of suitable services to HCL.
The team are now looking to fill two Business Support Specialist vacancies, which will sit in the Governance and Communications (G&C) Stream and Operations Streams. The successful candidates will assume the role of Business Support Specialist, however, will also be expected to support other streams across the wider Offshore Centre of Excellence team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Active participation in the transition of new service lines to HCL, by supporting the Delivery Leads in engaging with stakeholders, gathering, and analysing information to inform decisions on the Offshoring of services.
- Supporting the Delivery Leads in the co-ordination and tracking of deliverables, key governance requirements and timelines to ensure the smooth and timely transition of services to HCL.
- Review Business area operational procedures, providing feedback and guidance to ensure suitability for successful transition of services
- Works closely with Relationship Management Team and internal and external stakeholders.
