Role Requirement 1
System Design & Testing
- Support requirements gathering, testing and post deployment activities to ensure ontime delivery of work
- Set up of data for user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Completion of UAT documentation/scripts, training materials and testing
- Support data validation, data cleansing and data quality assurance activities as part of system testing and deployment
- Maintain a strong commitment to customer care – both internally and externally.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement
Role Requirement 2
Reporting & Data Management
- Administration support to a variety of systems
- Creation and maintenance of procedures and guidance documents
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of information and data on allocated systems
- Support and complete data management functions and any quality improvement processes
- Set up and extract data for reports as required
- Support database administration activities, including data analysis, data cleansing, data validation and ongoing data quality improvement
- Assist with the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards and data visualisations using Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Support data transformation and preparation activities using appropriate tools and technologies (e.g. Co-Pilot)
Role Requirement 3
Training & Supports
- Working with and as support to the co-ordinator in providing business and systems support for a variety of systems
- Support the software development life cycle from requirements gathering to go live
- Engage in daily support and communications within the team so that all customer queries are actioned and resolved in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner
- Support Directorate teams who require assistance to manage internal and external customer requirements
- Support users of Power Platform solutions (e.g. Pobal Customer Supports) and contribute to the ongoing improvement of business processes through technology
- Work across programme assignments to support peak work times and cover for team leave
- Deliver training
Role Requirement 4
Administration
- Support the implementation of the relevant system strategy actions
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate
- Continuously assess processes and recommend ways to improve team operations, efficiency and customer service
- Create and maintain standard responses, procedures and training documents
- Assist other teams at busy periods to ensure that programme and project timelines are met
Required Experience
- 2/3 years minimum administration experience including experience in data management, reporting, user acceptance testing and/or training
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient in MS packages e.g. Dynamics 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint portals, Power Bi (or other data visualization tools).
- Experience working with databases, data cleansing, data quality management and reporting
- Experience of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, and Power Bi would be advantageous
- An interest in, and some practical experience of, Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies would be advantageous
- A proven customer service ethos with strong relationship building skills across business teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of workings within the community/voluntary/public sector.

- Relevant Third Level qualification (e.g. Certificate, Diploma) or equivalent
