A permanent vacancy currently exists within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-

Business Support Officer
Hours of Work: 37 Hours per week
Salary: Scale PO2 and in the range SCP 31- 34, currently £41,771 - £45,091.
Location: The location of this post will be confirmed upon appointment and flexibility to be based across the Borough will be required.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This role sits within a new Business Systems team within the Council's ICT Services. This role reports to the Business Systems Manager. As the Business Systems Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of our business services and systems.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and smooth operation of various strategic business systems, such as, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems as part of the Council's strategic objectives and digital transformation.

You will contribute to developing system functionality, providing user support and training, conducting data analysis, driving process improvement, and resolving system-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to Council operations.
