Hours: 37.5 hours per week: Monday – Friday

The Opportunity

With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Almac Pharma Services have been manufacturing medicines in tablet, capsule and powder form for over 50 years. We also pack commercial drug products into bottles, blisters and sachets and provide specialised packaging solutions for medical kits, vials and syringes. The expert services we provide supports the provision of medicines and treatments to patients around the world.

Due to continuing growth within Almac Pharma Services, we are seeking to establish a pool of suitable candidates for current and future vacancies across our Business Systems Project Management division. We have opportunities across the following roles:

Business Systems Project Manager

The Business Systems Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of cross-functional business systems projects. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will coordinate project teams, drive day-to-day progress and support the business through the introduction of new systems and processes.

This role requires someone who can bring structure to complexity, influence stakeholders effectively and build strong relationships across Almac Pharma Services to deliver practical, business-focused outcomes.

Business Systems Project Coordinator

The Business Systems Project Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of strategic business improvement projects across Almac Pharma Services. Working closely with Business Project Managers, you will help coordinate project activity, monitor progress and support the delivery of key project milestones.

You will also have the opportunity to independently manage smaller-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed project requirements.

What you will need to be successful:

All applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK.

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) qualification.

Applicants wishing to be considered for the Project Manager role must have previous experience managing the delivery of business projects.
