Sip Coffee Garden in Ballymore is now hiring a Cafe Cook & Baker to join their growing team!

Full & part-time hours available!

Chef:

Duties include:

• Food prep & Baking
• Cooking breakfast and light lunch from pre-decided menu
• Stock management
• Maintain HACCP paperwork and ensure records are up-to-date and presentable
• Maintain a good working relationship with all colleagues
• Adhere to Health & Safety & HR Policies
• Ad hoc duties as and when required
• Ensure the kitchen workstations, stores, production equipment and appliances are cleaned regular are always kept to a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.

Candidate requirements:

• Commerical experience essential
• Genuine passion for creating great-tasting food
• Excellent presentation skills
• Easygoing team player
