We are currently recruiting for multiple Senior Managers & Senior Chefs to join our expanding team at our Carrick-on-Suir location.Working Hours: Daylight hours only, with alternating weekends off. No split shifts.Benefits: Bike to work scheme, employee discount, flexitime, food allowance, sick pay, store discount.Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in hospitality management, whether leading a kitchen or managing front-of-house.

• Proven background in high-standard hospitality management or professional kitchen leadership
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong focus on team morale, standards, and quality — whether on the plate or on the floor
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Genuine commitment to maintaining exacting standards under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable approach to a growing business
• Works well as part of a senior management team with an active, hands-on role in shaping the business
