Expectations From The Role:· Handling inbound customer enquiries and participating in outbound sales activity when required.
· Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
· Completing new sales, recontracting existing customers, and retaining customers where appropriate.
· Building trust and strong customer relationships.
· Achieving and exceeding sales, retention, and quality KPIs.
· Supporting business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and lead generation.
· Participating in coaching and training.
· Representing the eir brand professionally.
· Identifying process improvement opportunities.
· Contributing positively to overall team success.
This is an onsite position where collaboration, support, and a strong team culture are part of everyday life.Flexibility is essential.
· Minimum 1 year sales experience in a contact centre, retail, online sales, door-to-door sales, or outbound sales environment.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
· Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
· Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
· Professional telephone manner.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent written and spoken English.
· Strong multitasking abilities.
· Self-motivated, competitive, and results-focused.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Telecommunications industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
· Flexibility regarding working hours.
