Your Role: 

Reporting to the Lead Base Planner, the Campaign Operations Executive will support the execution and evaluation of a Customer Relationship & Value Management team strategy & campaign activity. This consists delivering of insight-led customer lifecycle base management campaigns and communications, leveraging data, insights, and technology to deliver personalised customer engagement plans, positive customer outcomes and a clear return on investment to effectively acquire, grow and retain our customer base for sustainable business growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution and evaluation of direct customer marketing activities to support the CRVM strategy, in-line with brand, customer, business strategies and targets. 
  • Work in partnership with Base Planners and Marketing Automation Specialists on the team to manage key steps to execute campaigns, including the operational deployment in our Marketing Automation Software. 
  • Support the Base Planner to design campaigns with consideration for customer impact, results, capability, data integrations and operating requirements 
  • Own the campaign testing and quality assurance process, which includes data verification, content proofing and testing (email, Direct Mail, SMS call scripts & other channels) prior to campaign deployment. 
  • Complete effective quality assurance and data validation to eliminate errors, ensure accuracy of campaign build, logic, data and target audience selection, in alignment with the campaign brief 
  • Manage governance including risks and controls of all direct customer campaigns, in consultation with Compliance, Data Protection and other relevant stakeholders. 
  • Ensure all communications and plans are within our risk appetite and regulatory requirements, adhering to programme governance, risk controls, flight paths and CPC. 
  • Completion of daily operational monitoring of campaigns and Data Subject Access requests 
  • Work with reporting team to develop automated campaign reports to enable efficient feedback loop.
  • Regularly communicate campaign evaluations to wider stakeholder teams ensuring successes and learnings are shared 
  • Support the delivery of the capability roadmap implementing key initiatives that enable PTSB become a customer centric organisation focussed on deepening customer relationships. 
  • Support the regular review of exclusion criteria and quality assurance processes. 
  • Develop and maintain documentation of campaign processes and procedures. 
  • Maintain & drive the growth of Marketing Permissions across the customer base through engagement with stakeholders & ongoing optimisation activities
  • Support the CRVM team in completing RSCA related activities in timely manner

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, business studies, finance, computer sciences, engineering, or similar discipline. 
  • Previous experience working across outbound customer contact channels i.e., contact centres and retail networks. 
  • Prior experience of quality assurance or campaign development (scripting, creative, copy writing etc) an advantage. 
  • An understanding of processes and desire to understand software to support Marketing Automation, channel integration and file transfer or similar experience. 
  • Previous experience in Financial Services or large customer volume data rich, multiproduct industries an advantage. 
  • Ability to use of PowerPoint, excel, design tools and software. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and logical thinker ¿ able to identify and spot quality assurance issues across complex sets of activities and break into a logical set of smaller issues. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain campaign complexities in simple terms for all stakeholders.

This is a permanent position based in PTSB's Head office St. Stephens Green, Dublin. (Hybrid options available within the Republic of Ireland Only)
