Canteen Cook

Description

Kepak Kilbeggan is currently looking for a Canteen Cook to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who simply enjoys cooking and preparing good, home-style food in a friendly workplace environment.

In this role, you will prepare and serve breakfast and lunch for around 50 employees each day, helping create a welcoming space where colleagues can enjoy fresh and tasty meals

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing simple, delicious breakfast and lunch options
• Serving food and keeping the canteen running smoothly
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and safe
• Following basic food safety and hygiene guidelines

Requirements

• A love for cooking and serving others
• Experience in a deli, café, canteen, or similar environment.
• Understanding of different cooking styles and techniques
• Ability to work smoothly in a busy environment
• Good communication skills and a team spirit
