Capital Build and Assets Co-Ordinator - Job Ref N052/08/2026

The Capital Build and Assets Co-Ordinator will provide strategic support and advice to the Head of Asset Management & Development to develop and deliver the Estate Strategy through the Capital Build & Asset function. They will also support the development and implementation of the Property Asset Management Strategy and the delivery of a ‘fit for purpose’ estate in line with the Infrastructure Department Strategic Business Plan.

Hours of work;
Currently 36¼ hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
A Flexible Working Hours Scheme is in operation.
In view of the level of this appointment, the postholder will be required to work in such a way as to fulfil the obligations of the post.

There is currently 1 permanent post based at NIFRS HQ, 1 Seymour Street, Lisburn, BT27 4SX. Please note the successful applicant will be required to travel around all NIFRS locations. This recruitment and selection process will also be used to fill future vacancies, a reserve list will be created for 12 months should any additional fixed term or permanent vacancies arise (offers of posts will be made in merit order). 

Salary:
The salary scale is PO4. The salary range is currently £46,412 - £49,282 per annum (Under Review)
