As a member of the Management Team the postholder will be responsible for: Managing and developing a high quality service to the Council in support of the corporate plan and strategic work plans. Responsible to the Capital Programme Manager in delivering the Council’s Capital Projects from inception to completion and in accordance with the Council’s Project Management processes and procedures.  Operating in an a dynamic and changing environment, recommending creative solutions to project issues and challenges, and provide professional advice and assistance on innovative project development practice.
