Capital Works Principal Project Manager

Manage staff and resources in the delivery of high value, strategically important, complex and challenging building, civil/structural engineering and place-making capital projects.

Assist the Strategic Capital Projects Manager in developing and implementing best practice project management procedures. Deputise for the Strategic Capital Projects Manager as and when required in relation to capital projects and represent Council in dealings with project partners and stakeholders.
