Car Sales Executive

We are now recruiting ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our high-performing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales across the AutoBoland Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover
- Deliver structured and effective sales presentations
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for part-exchange
- Provide advice on finance, insurance, and additional products
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation
- Ensure showroom and website stock is presented to a high standard
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (motor industry experience an advantage but not essential)
- Full, clean driving licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional, and target-driven
- Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- A team player with a positive and ambitious attitude
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure
- OTE of €50,000 – €70,000+ depending on performance
