We are looking for a highly motivated Car Sales Executive with a true passion for the New Energy Vehicle (NEV) revolution to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome customers into the showroom and create a positive first impression
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers interested in electric and new energy vehicles
• Guide customers through the full sales journey with expert knowledge of BYD models and NEVs
• Sell new and used vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Organise and conduct test drives
• Clearly explain vehicle features, technology, finance options, and current offers
• Generate your own leads through follow-ups, referrals, social media, and creative prospecting
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and wider BYD Waterford team to maximise opportunities
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and the latest BYD innovations

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years’ proven success in a sales role
• A professional, driven, and target-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confidence dealing with people and building rapport
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, or a willingness to learn
• A proactive, positive, go-getter attitude
• Comfort using digital tools and social media for lead generation
• A full, clean driving licence (essential)
• Motor industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
