We’re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Representing a wide range of leading automotive brands, you’ll help customers find the perfect vehicle to match their lifestyle while delivering a top-tier customer experience from first enquiry to final handshake.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers daily to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
• Conduct test drives and confidently present vehicle features and benefits
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and convert enquiries into sales
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• Work as part of a high-performing sales team under the guidance of a Sales Manager
• Upsell relevant products and services (finance, warranties, etc.)
• Create content & Liaise with the marketing team

What You Bring:

• Proven sales experience (motor trade background a strong advantage)
• Target-driven mindset with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding KPIs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and follow our strategic sales approach
• Customer-first attitude with a professional and approachable manner

Full, clean driving licence – essential
