Full-Time Car Sales Executive

Erne Motor Works, Cavan’s main Toyota Dealer with 55 years’ experience in the Motor Business is seeking a Sales Executive to join our dedicated, motivated and customer-centric Sales Team.

Previous experience in the motor trade is desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate will have a proven natural ability in sales and demonstrate a desire to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience by following an established and effective Sales Process.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

Following an effective sales process to meet targets and maximise new and used vehicle sales.

Manage the customer journey & experience from enquiry to delivery and beyond and in doing so building a rapport and lasting relationships with customers.

Carry out accurate appraisals and valuations on all vehicles offered to the Company in part exchange.

Achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling new and pre-owned vehicles and promoting related Toyota products, including accessories, finance, insurance, and other auxiliary products.

Assist in generating leads and be an active part of the marketing team, creating social media content using various software packages and partaking in video content on all social media platforms.

Regular training to maintain product knowledge and ensuring to keep abreast of Company & Manufacturer Standards.

Ensure all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively.

What We are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 Years Sales Experience required. Car Sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Highly motivated to achieve all targets and goals.
• Enthusiastic with excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• A disciplined approach to following our processes from start to finish.
• Professional, positive attitude with a team-player mindset.
• Confidence using social media and modern digital platforms/marketing tools.
• Confident IT skills, including manufacturer and dealer systems with a positive and proactive approach to continuous development and willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
• A full, clean drivers licence is essential.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Honest & Trustworthy.
