Cardiothoracic Theatre CNM

The role of the Cardiothoracic Operating Theatre CNM2 is to support best practice and facilitate the efficient management of cardiothoracic patients within the Operating Theatre. The CNM2 will provide a quality, patient-focused service using evidence-based practice and will be responsible, accountable, and demonstrate sound professional judgment. He/ She will be responsible for performance management, including ongoing staff development and training, resource management, and service planning.
