CARE ASSISTANT
Residential/Community Residential
ST VINCENT’S CENTRE DUBLIN
PERMANENT- FULL TIME CONTRACT (39Hours Per Week)
Salary:€ 34,036-€ 47,454* (lsi)
*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.
Essential:
· Minimum of Fully Completed FETAC/QQI level 5 in Healthcare qualification or (higher) equivalent comparable qualification.
· Desire to support people to live their best lives and commitment to promoting the active engagement and participation of Service Users in their local communities.
· Full clean automatic Irish driving licence, requirement to drive Service vehicles
Desirable:
· Experience working within the area of intellectual disability and of working with people who have a diagnosis of Autism and Behaviours of Concern
· Full manual Irish driving licence
Applicants should possess Level 1 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
