What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and aspirations
• Encouraging participation in social and community activities
• Promoting independence, choice, dignity and inclusion
• Providing personal care where required
• Supporting person-centred plans and individual outcomes
• Working as part of a welcoming team

What We Are Looking For

• QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Health Service Skills or equivalent
• A genuine interest in supporting people with intellectual disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, flexible and person-centred approach
• Full driving licence and willingness to drive service vehicles
