What You'll Be Doing

�� Supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives
�� Promoting choice, inclusion, dignity, and rights in everyday life
�� Assisting with personal care and daily living supports where required
�� Encouraging participation in community activities and meaningful experiences
�� Working closely with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
�� Helping to create a safe, welcoming, and person-centred home environment

About the Service

Ard na Gréine is a residential service in Bray supporting adults with intellectual disabilities to live as independently as possible. You will become part of a supportive and experienced team committed to empowering people to live the life they choose.

What You'll Need

✔ QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Health Service Skills, or equivalent
✔ A full driving licence
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ A genuine commitment to person-centred supports
✔ A positive, flexible, and compassionate approach
