Caretaker/Cleaner

Main Purpose of the Post:

To undertake general cleaning and caretaking duties in the Grange administration offices and other administration Buildings in Omagh, however there is the possibility from time to time of a requirement to also work in the Fermanagh area.
To act as Caretaker and Cleaner with responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of a number of town centre administration offices in Omagh, primarily at the Grange offices, ensuring that they are accessible and in appropriate condition for the efficient and effective operation of Council services
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the buildings.
To observe good health and safety practices in undertaking all the duties of the post in accordance with the Council’s policies and procedures.
