We currently have a vacancy for a Caretaker.

JOB PURPOSE​​​​​​​
To provide a full range of caretaking services under the direction of the Deputy Head of Estates / Estates Support Manager in accordance with relevant College practices and procedures

​​​ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Five GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent which must include English Language and Mathematics
OR
Have 6 months’ previous experience in a similar role
Hold a current driving licence and have access to a car or have access to a form of transport that will enable the post-holder to fulfil the role in full to include out-of-hour callouts
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Demonstrate a flexible approach to work
Demonstrate effective organisational skills
