Casual Physiotherapist
Ulster RugbyAntrim
Ulster Rugby are currently inviting applications for Casual Physiotherapists that will be added to the Casual Physiotherapist register. We are particularly interested in receiving applications from applicants based in the Belfast and Portadown areas to support the Women & Girls’ Pathway Programme.
The successful candidates will have access to Ulster Rugby Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities designed to support professional growth (e.g., athletic taping and soft tissue management sessions).
The successful candidates will be members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with the Health Professions Council. They should also hold a pitch side management qualification at ICIS level 2 or above (or be willing to gain said qualification). It is essential that they have access to a form of transport that will permit them to meet the requirements of the post in full.
The precise hours of work will be dependent on physiotherapy requirements and individual’s availability. To apply, please download a detailed job description and person specification and complete the online application form. The closing date for completed application forms is no later than 10:00am on Monday 2nd March 2026.
Applicants are strongly advised to read the guidance notes at the start of the application form prior to completion. CVs or emails expressing an interest in the position without completing the online application form will be disregarded.
Ulster Rugby is an equal opportunities employer and as such welcomes applications from all persons regardless of race, creed, gender, disability, family status or sexual orientation.
If your role involves working with children and young people you may be subject to vetting through Access NI/Garda Vetting Bureau. Please note that we are committed to equal opportunities for all and will not preclude applicants with criminal convictions.
